Run a pair of RCA cables from the back of your stereo, under the carpet, along the sides, wherever you can where it won't show, and then plug them into your amplifier. Then wire the subwoofer into your amp

when you open your door you should be able to lift up the plastic coverings next to the drivers seat and just feed them through that.
