just bought a townhouse at ginger park in wentworth. we got 10k below their discounted price and got a bunch of free upgrades.

list price from the builder was originally 413k then on sale for 360 as they wanted to break ground and we got a base price of 350k.

Could you pull the last 4-6 months of Union Square? Doesn't seem like much is selling judging by your past Vic Park reports. Any opinions on this condo?
