Converting RWD 4A GE into FWD

How hard is it to convert a 4A GE that was from an AE86, to fit into a FWD AE92 wagon...thanks!

Well it would be a sleeper, no one would suspect a fast corolla wagon. The reason im asking the conversion of the RWD 4AGE to FWD cause my buddy has a RWD engine he can sell me. So again, I know it can be done, but im not sure what to swap in-swap out. Thanks!

well if the fwd 4ages go into the rwd chassis with the manifold and minor modification i dont see why a rwd 4age wouldnt fit...but if you gonna do a swap into a sleeper fwd corolla get a 20v or a gze both of which only come in fwd anyway

the swap can be done, but u will notice that your wagon will be much less streetable unless u love being 8000rpm everywhere

It can be done...use the First Gen MR2 Tranny...and you will have to fab up some mounts...But I have read about it being done in the U.S.

that engine will be useless, if your gonan swap something for the purpose of it being a sleeper atleast go with a 4agZe
