yes but there is a seperate trim piece in whihc the license plate sits, which will be rmeoved, painted, and but back...like hte other trim like skirts and stuff

anyways easist way is to jsut go to the junk yards...i think bucks has 2 crx's and i think 3 civics on the ground not sure though just go check it out!
