God damn, as a welder, i hope a zip disk never makes contact with my finger while spinning at 5000 rpm. Did you hit the bone?

I worked with this guy once at my old welding place, he welded where he shouldnt have, so we had to cut joint out, grabs the Zip Cut and cuts out the weld, but hes mofugging lazy to walk and grab a grinder, he uses the Zip cup and trys grinding with that....a few seconds later the Zip disk disentegrate into hundreds of pieces of flying shards....luckily nobody was around and he didnt get it in his head or eyes..too bad, what an idiot

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Haha if I could count how many zips I blew up LOL. I always wear a face shield when I zip and my helmet when I grind. I also wear carharts and long sleeve thick sweaters. Safety first haha.

i welded for 7 years and I feel your pain! I took the top of my knuckle off with a grinder and looking down at a 60 grit disc with a piece of your hand on it is not a great start to the day... good luck with a speedy recovery!
