    Default Size and Goals

    Well I just want to see how big everyone is. (no homo) and how close to their goals they are. I would say I'm average for my age, but definitely underweight and feel pretty small. I've finally gotten into a shape that I think will finally allow myself to push myself at the gym. I've been working out since November but I've only started to lift heavy/low in the last couple days and I've made myself throw up once . I work out three to four days a week, 45-50minute workouts + 5 minute cooldown running on the track or the stationary.

    Age: 18
    Height 6"
    Weight: ~150lbs

    Quads: . . 17.5 . . wut?

    The goal: 190lbs, 10% body fat (I'm the 13-14% now according to my scale). Timeframe... a very long time. I've realized that if I want to put on lean muscle it's going to take longer than most would think. I'm only putting on maybe a couple pounds a month (hard to tell because depending on the day my weight is 147-152). I would like to get to a solid 160 come summer and add an inch to my arm and a couple inches to my quads. My calves are ridiculous, most girls have larger legs LOL; I've just given up. I've tried the whole eat + bulk thing... doesn't work for my body type. Loose too much definition and packs on my chest, stomach and back. I would rather be a skinny 150 than a fat-skinny 160.

    Where are you guys?

    started at 5 10 128lbs

    three months in i am at 152lbs and my goal is 175ish

    started 5'11 150 pounds when i was turning 17

    peaked at 199 (18 years old and 6'3)

    currently 187 (almost 19 , still about 6'3)

    goal is 185ish for the summer, and then back to bulking next winter

    im about 5'9" 145lbs
    goal is 175ish, but that is a first goal of hopefully many.

    right now arms are 14" flexed
    unflexed about 12.5"

    6.5" wrist (same as OP)
    calves 14.5"?
    12" forearm
    31" waist
    20" quads

    arms i dont so much care about, my key areas are neck, calves, shoulders, chest, core.

    Currently I'm 19 years old, 154lbs at 5'10"

    I started 6 months ago when I was 139lbs and was 158lbs at new years, then I got my wisdom teeth taken out and ended up losing 6lbs in a week and a half.. Trying to get it back still.

    My goal since I started was 165lbs but now that that's attainable and going to be mostly fat considering how much I eat I'm stretching it to 175lbs at 5'10". (Hopefully the first goal of many as well)

    Not sure if I understood this, your planning on growing from 5'9" to 6'2" at age 34?

    Currently 5'7" and 180lbs with 21% bf (scale says 29% though), goal is to weigh 160 lbs with bf under 18%. I'm 25 btw.

    Im about the same height as you i started off at 208 pounds about 2 years ago and a year later i got down to 158... now im sitting at about 165 a year after the big weight loss, trying to get over this plateau. I think I could lose about 10-15 more pounds of fat and hopefully exchange that weight in fat with muscle. anyone in the same boat? plateau problems?

    Lifted my first weight at 18, 6'3" 160lbs soaking wet.

    Today; 24yrs 6'3" 250lbs, 11%bf

    edit: forgot my goal lol; 270lbs on stage

    No worries man, 96lbs in 1 year is totally doable. You should be asking where Wildcat got his stats from.
