Well I just want to see how big everyone is. (no homo) and how close to their goals they are. I would say I'm average for my age, but definitely underweight and feel pretty small. I've finally gotten into a shape that I think will finally allow myself to push myself at the gym. I've been working out since November but I've only started to lift heavy/low in the last couple days and I've made myself throw up once . I work out three to four days a week, 45-50minute workouts + 5 minute cooldown running on the track or the stationary.

The goal: 190lbs, 10% body fat (I'm the 13-14% now according to my scale). Timeframe... a very long time. I've realized that if I want to put on lean muscle it's going to take longer than most would think. I'm only putting on maybe a couple pounds a month (hard to tell because depending on the day my weight is 147-152). I would like to get to a solid 160 come summer and add an inch to my arm and a couple inches to my quads. My calves are ridiculous, most girls have larger legs LOL; I've just given up. I've tried the whole eat + bulk thing... doesn't work for my body type. Loose too much definition and packs on my chest, stomach and back. I would rather be a skinny 150 than a fat-skinny 160.
