I know of a person who fits that description, however it's a 2.0L N/A not a 1.8T. Did the car have a BORA badge and nothing else on the trunk?

I was the one talking with him on the phone and he says to me "I think this guy in a black jetta wants to race me. I'll put down the phone for two seconds so hold on." And then the next thing I heard was that he beat the Jetta. Didn't expect to find this on the forums though!

Wouldn't a stock lude kill a stock 1.8T? The driver of the 1.8T sounded pretty confident that he would have won if he didn't have 3 other people in the car (is he stock?), I find that hard to believe!!

stock vs. stock I think it would be a driver's race with the Prelude having a slight advantage.
