wtb: computer parts, PS, mobo, chip

I need a few computer parts, my motherboard and power supply just exploded.

had a pentium D 3.2 ghz, so looking for something similar for cheap. Must take ddr2 ram, i have a bunch and dont want to get different ram.

need a power supply as well, 430 watt?I am running 4 hds and a normal video card, this is not a gaming pc, just a file server/home pc, so 430 watts should be fine.

has good mobo, chip, 2 gigs of ddr2 ram ect. Prolly cheaper to buy the whole PC vs buying individual parts, or buy the pc and strip it for parts

I've got a brand new Enermax 350W(dual fan). I think it would serv just fine, I'm using an identical unit in a homebrew PC running 2hdd's an external hdd optical drive and a BFG 9600GT. Solid as a rock with an adjustable speed exhaust fan.
