I heard that the cops will start ticketing people with a modified exaust system...i dont know if this is true but the mechanic i was talking to said that they will start to ticket people if the fuckin cops havent met thier monthly quota...kinda like richmond BC. can anyone confirm this??? cuz if its true then i thinki just blew $80 on a muffler

what do they consider a modified exhaust
cuz lets just say hypothetically that my muffler had a hole in it and i couldnt find stock parts, so i went to a generic muffler. Is this considered modified????

I think it's if the diameter of the tip is larger than stock it's considered modified. It might also be piping but I'm not sure

Any exhaust tip/muffler that's NOT stock or a huge tip/muffler can warrant a ticket....Just depends how nice the cop is.

yea in bc theres a thing called aircare so there really picky bout the exhaust systems so most of the rice rockets i see out ther had lots of catback
