I can't believe that no one has said to get a room and do her. You're in BANFF. The mountains + banff springs = easiest "layover" ever!

banff is actually quite boring unless youre there for nearby mountain activities or youre a first time tourist. its a decent place to party because of other tourists / foreign workers living there.

stay in the room and fuck. get some good wine. fuck more.
go out for dinner. fuck more.

seriously. theres more to do in calgary.

Canmore is a nicer place although you have less selection in where to stay. much more of an authentic mountain town.
