    Default FS 88 GTi 16v

    Not mine, my brothers.
    1988 red 2 door 1.8 16v engine
    202 000kms

Car runs perfect. Has huge amounts of power. Completely stock engine (I believe 125, 115 ftlbs anyone correct me if I'm wrong). 4 wheel disc. CD player. Sunroof, sport seats.

Car has spots of surface rust ( mostly on rear), nothing major. Bottom of the doors are the worst.

For any VW fans out there it has the big bumper upgrade with OEM parts and big doors.

    Asking $3900

    No pics, sorry.

Lots of potential from the motor being it is merely detuned when imported from europe.

Cams yeild roughly 15-17hp if you get the race ones from europe, chip is good for about 9, and add a better filter, downpipe and exhaust system for about 7-10...

I've ridden in this car and it hauls like crazy. The inside is really nice too! If any one here knows prices on 16v's, this is a steal, pick it up before someone else does. Some basic engine upgrades and you could make this a very serious street/track performer!
