i'm 135lbs and with a spotter, i can do 2 x 70 lb dumbbells. without, i can only do 2 x 60 lb dumbbells. i'm too scared to try doing heavier than that without a spotter, lol.

    150lbs
    85 (170) db press
    190 bench
    both sets of 10.

The real question is how much you squat in relation to your weight. My squat sucks compared to my bench.

You guys should throw your height in with your weight. It will paint a better picture.

I guess I can lift more than I look if that's the impressive part. But to be honest I've plateaued at that bench for probably at about a year with little fluctuations here and there. DBs is where I've made my progress.
    I'm probably 5'8 on a good day.

    8-10 @ 315lbs flat bench barbell.

I don't need to go much heavier than that ever.

You're 165lbs, and you dumbell press 95lbs/hand...? You are the strongest lb for lb guy I know of. I have a buddy that is 150lbs and does 80's but he looks like Bruce Lee

You'd think with that HUGE db press you'd have a bigger bb press though...like 250+

Was thinking the exact same thing, I can believe the 95lb dumbells but your bench press should be way bigger..doesnt really add up.

^^I can see it, I've met some insanely strong pound for pound guys.
At my best (no idea about 10 rep max at the time) I benched 310lbs (1 rep max) and weighed 160lbs. Couldn't quite get double body weight Now weigh about 185 and probably around 100lb dumbells for 10's.
Last time I did squats I was doing 405 for 5's so probably something like 350 for 10's.
    I'm 5'7".

One thing about the dumbells and bench press - the bar touches the chest and the dumbells touch the shoulders (for me anyways).
Several studies have investigated the relationship between intelligence and the degree of religious belief (excluding humanism), with most showing an inverse correlation between intelligence averages and the "importance of religion" to the testee.
