I've wondered why the author of blog posts isn't mentioned on them.

The point of the article is true and sadly i think most people including myself are guilty of it.
    When i say that...
I am assuming buzzed is after a couple rum and cokes where you are 99% sure you are under the limit, you feel fine your just a little more cheery than normal. I say 99% because you can never be 100% unless you take the breathalyzer.
Im sure we have all ordered that single drink and after the first sip questioned if it was a double.

if the government seriously thinks that "buzzed driving is drunk driving" then they should implement a zero tolerance policy on drinks + driving.

I'll admit to having a couple drinks then going home with my car. However, its never been to the point where im near drunk or drunk.

I find the biggest problem with this is that after you've had a couple drinks downtown, its a pretty ludicrous idea to leave your car down there. It'll either get stolen, broken into, or towed. :P.

It is a very preachy and un-entertaining article.

Is beyond sponsored by MADD or something?
