    Do you guys know if there is anything you could do if you provided a signed authorization of transfer to an institution, but clearly stated on there to delay the transfer until x date, but they did it on the day you sent the form instead (ex: a week earlier), and then you suffered some market losses because of it? Basically sold off your investments before the date you specified, and if they had waited to the date you mentioned, you would have not been in the red.

    What can be done then? Do you eat it? Sue them? Anyone deal with this issue before?

    No, but I wish you all the luck in the world getting remediation of any sort.
