    the gear isnt worth much to tell you the truth haha almost a freebie. I havnt really decied if i will be parting out just yet but i will let you know if i plan on it

    A 2005 R6 is identical to 2006-2009 R6"S" in every way except two. The 05 was the only year that had inverted forks and radial mounted brakes in that design of R6. Granted, it would have to be on the track or some really hard strret riding to feel the difference. Yamaha went back to standard forks and co-axial mounted brakes to keep the price down when thay came out with the re-designed R6 in 2006. The R6"S" replaced the YZF600R in Yamaha line up. So, your bike would have a "handling" value over the new bike.
