"LF" abreviation in careers section confusing

I hate having to read through every career thread trying to figure out what the hell the guys looking for. I dont know if someone is looking for work, or hiring for work.Heres an example of what I mean...Ok so lets say Bob writes "LF plumber". Now is he hiring plumbers for work? or is he looking for a plumber to do work for him?
I could usually deal with just that, but then it gets a tad more confusing. Its when people start advertising there company on the thread meanwhile Bob is just looking for someone to Hire on. Personally I think the whole career section is a shit show. There should be a format like the marketplce, but maybe make it a little more complex. /RANT
