Which one in Calgary is better to deal with?

Haven't heard good things about either, but the hate seems to be more focused on Lone Star.

Haha, hard to say. I like Hyatt.
Hyatt is far better, never had a problem. Lonestar was terrible when I used them, haven't been back there for 4 years though, so maybe it has changed.
Bigger better dealership since on "luxury lane"Originally posted by Hakkola

Cool, thanks ill check out Hyatt
Had a good experience at Hyatt.
Hm, everyone says Hyatt. I was dissapointed with their initial service. No one really gave me the time of day. I guess they thought I didnt look the part to be in the dealership. Called the manager and complained and then went to Lonestar.
Go talk to Luke. Solid guy and loves to talk about his polish family.
1968 Impala: Status: Stored
1977 Dodge Triple E RV: Sold
1989 Mercedes Benz 420 SEL: Sold
2008 Mercedes Benz C230: Cruising
2000 Bluebird TC2000: Build phase of skoolie project
2018 Rav4 XLE: New baby friendly daily
Depends who you deal with. There will be morons at both dealerships lol
Kevin Fong sales (Hyatt) and Dominic Wong sales (LoneStar) are good to deal with. Not a fan of Dionne in service (LoneStar)
The service guy at Hyatt wanted to charge me $125+tax to install a foglight on my SLK after I paid him $250 for the part too. So I just asked the cool guys at TCMotorsport to take a look for me, 5mins later, done, and that includes pulling the car in and out of the bay!
What are you looking at buying?

Although I've had some great salesman at Hyatt, several of them have been D-bags. My dad and I were there looking for his next car, mostly at used AMG stuff. Some of the salesman were happy to help, and let us drive the car, etc., and others were EXTREMELY resistant to let us test drive anything at all. At Audi, Porsehe, BMW, etc. I've never had this issue. How do they expect people to buy something they can't drive first? I'm not talking about an SL65 AMG here either, we were looking at C32 AMG, SLK 32 AMG, E55 AMG, and C55 AMG, all used.
Looking at the GLK with Sport and possibly nav packages.Originally posted by max_boost

I sat in one at south center mall and liked the styling in and out, just looking to test drive one and see how it goes. Also looking at an RDX but theyre basically the same price.
Personally I want an EVO X lol but I have to think long term for a family (or so im told)
Lonestar was good to me. I mean they weren't spectacular or anything but they got the job done.
When I went to Hyatt the salesman I talked to didn't seem to care whether or not I bought a car.
HYATT. End of story.
Lonestar my have a "bigger" dealership but they are MILES away from being better than hyatt.
