Al right so for summer I am buying new rims but I am on a budget. I drive a 03 Civic Sir HB and was trying to decide on rims/colours. Speedtech is having a sale on GP wheels and that's what I am gonna buy. Can't decide on what colour though

I'm staying with the 15s as I can't afford to buy new tires.

My car also has a current 1" wheel gap.. should I lower it more?
