I think you mean "get rid of akimbo altogether".

But yes it drives me bonkers to see a moron running around in Marathon wielding two shotguns, holding them at arm's length, blasting people from 200 feet away. Takes away from the realism for me.

About as much as seeing some twit in a ghillie suit blasting away with a SPAS-12 or AA-11...

Anything double digits with zero deaths with a sniper-rifle is worth bragging about - especially with just a UAV, CUAV, Predator killstreak setup and zero camping. 30-0 aint much of a challenge in FFA with a tar and HB, but I appreciate your need to brag.

Hear, hear. Akimbo is total bullshit. Completely unrealistic. Have you ever tried to reload a gun while you're holding two? It's impossible.

What they should have done is limited all akimbo guns to 1 clip. That at least would balance it out a bit.

That's fairly common. Especially in TDM. I'm not saying it's bad, but if everyone ran to the forums to post their 22-0 or better runs we'd be on page 300. After all, a nuke is 25 kills and everyone and their dog has the spinny nuke emblem now.

I can't stand this game after playing BC2 for a while. I'm not sure why I even bought the new maps. I am only going to play S&D whenever I play this game because the spawn raping left and right is just ridiculous.

I used to HATE 3-burst guns, but I can now see why MLG players often use the FAMAS once you get used to it.

3 burst guns are the shit, you cant touch me if im using the famas or m16 w/stopping power. but i dont use them because they are cheap i like to make things fair so ill use a shot gun or run around with g18's akimbos lol people get soo mad when i do

Been working on my sniper rifles and spas, just finished the barrett .50 mastery on friday. Put a holographic on the 3 burst guns, they have magic powers reducing bullet spread and adds 5 damage...

honestly, i think noob tubers are way worse than people w/ akimbo rangers. at least with the rangers, you actually need to get close to the guy. i don't really complain about noob tubers since everyone complains about me and my rangers, lol.

Yeap. I do have a noob-tube class though (w/danger close, scavenge, and grenades), when ever I see a noob tuber on the other team, then I switch to that and go wild. (or campers, I also do it to team campers)
