    Notorious gang member Jackie Tran has been put behind bars again.

    Nghia Trong Nguyen-Tran, also known as Jackie Tran, was pulled from a condo complex in McKenzie Towne and arrested by members of the Calgary Police Service and Canada Border Services Agency Wednesday afternoon.

    Tran, who is a known gang member and has been in the verge of being deported several times leading up to this latest arrest, was taken into custody on an immigration warrant for breaching the terms and conditions of his release.

    A CBSA hearing will be held for Tran within the next 48 hours, said police.

    Apparently he was supposed to be living with his mom but wasn't.

    Fantastic that it happened in my neighborhood. Whats even better is there was a murder not 2 minutes from my house down in the s.e.

    Glad to see the quiet suburbs getting some action..

    Not that I feel bad for the guy, his mom moved into subsidized housing and the manager refuse to let him stay with her which caused this violation.

    Deport this guy already, stop wasting our resources.

    Oh the news. When all that deportation hearing stuff was going on they called him a gang associate. Now he is labelled as a notorious gang member.

    It seems like the delay is in his lawyers appealing the process and tying up the system. the verdict should be out in April/May, but I bet you they just keep appealing the verdict. It seems absolutely ridiculous.

    someone on here must have went to school with him, his family had troubles growing up? he's a chill guy usually just a bad rep? doesn't deserve to be deported? just needs more support from family and friends? he wasn't involved just wrong time kind of thing.
