That guy lives right near me in Scenic Acres... Literally a 10 second walk from my driveway. It sucks when he drives it late at night and it rumbles past my house making more noise then the buses

Not stock, it's been lifted. Also, I'm willing to bet it's not used for commercial purposes because 1) it has a cap on it, so nothing heavy is getting put in the bed, 2) The lift makes it less useful for industrial application and 3) the standard configuration for these trucks is chassis cab, which is both cheaper and more functional than the pickup bed.
