I didn't read the article but I saw it on the screen in the elevator at Nexen. What I found funny was that they felt the need to point out that, "...the toddler didn't even have any socks or shoes on its feet." The thing was freezing to death, who cares about shoes?

Apparently he had a blanket covering the windows so that nobody could see the kid, and would check on him every now and then. So he can't even argue it was an accident (has no merit anyway), fucking douche.

I have always wished for the same thing. There are so many bad parents out there. IMHO, you should also have to have a certain income for having kids. That way it should prevent all the welfare cases having multiple babies that tax payers have to support.
