Cool app so far! Someone should definitely put all those red light speeding cameras on there! I'm just too lazy
when i pulled up to one of them it said "combo camera"

you can search shizam and trapster using the app. but both are currently in the top 5 downloads, so you can check there too.

they all use data, and you would need a data plan.

do you have the 500mb plan?

Blackberries already have a great compression rate compared to most phones. I normally used 300-500mb on my iPhone when I was using it. I use <100mb on my Blackberry.

This is buggin' me, been trying to get Shazam working for hours and still can't get it. I allowed the connection and tried everything I can think of. Any ideas?

    The message that comes up:

Sorry, Shazam can't connect to the Internet. It might be a problem with your mobile's connection. Do you want to retry?

    Error #1161

I have a blackberry on the enterprise server, which is connected to my company email. When I try to download the app, a warning pops up saying that IT does not allow 3rd party apps.

How can I disable the IT security or get around it?

You'd have to talk to your BES administrator to remove IT policy, and i doubt they would do it.

I can't get trapster to work..
It just keeps searching for my location and it just shows the map of some part in the States..
I left it searching for a good 15 minutes..

hmmm i didn't have any problems with my trapster. I signed up and instantly showed my location via gps with all the icons.

As for Shazam that worked first time through as well. I'm sure its just technical issues for the week. Which have to be looked at.

For the record, am using a Curve 8900

Bloomberg is a pretty good app as well for the stock market. I also like Poynt, and WorldMate Live, although I got that before it was on app world.
