but theres usually two in the magazine.
One just loose, and another attached to the binding.

I dont really think they'd give a shit since what ones fall to the ground when people open the magazines and read them: are typically thrown out.
Yes as mentioned it is stealing technically, but I'd be hard pressed to find a SINGLE person that would care enough to want to go through the whole process of dealing with a "shoplifter" over something so insignificant.
