Guess so...I saw one exactly like it while leaving the Detroit/Calgary game on the 23rd...it was coming from the lower part of the 'Dome where some service vehicles and a big bus (Detroit Red Wings?) was parked. I thought it was a Flames player heading home, so slowed down to get a look. The guy driving was wearing a CPS uniform.
More than likely, he was there for security, and I just assumed it was his personal car. Maybe it was, and its just a coincidence, or they keep a small fleet of SUVs like that.
EDIT: Those unmarked Suburbans remind me of Flashpoint
