I drove by there on Saturday. Fully covered in ice but looks to be kinda thin.
There were 2-3 trucks there but they weren't on the ice.

chestermere says on there web site that they open the gates mid april and should be open to launch mid may, so in about a month you can ride chestermere.

they like to open it earlier if weather permits. maybe early may.

going to be 22 on monday or something like that.

Ghost is a dammed body of water. It won't un-thaw for awhile yet. Plus it's glacial fed water, colder than shit.
