We are looking for Volunteers for the 2009 Rocky Mountain Rally (Round 2 of the Canadian Rally Championship)

When/Where:

Thursday May 28th 2009 - Registration, Tech, Test Stage & Marshall training (Deerfoot Inn & Casino)
Friday May 29th 2009 - Leg 1 starts (Kananaskis) and Spectator Stages (Race City Speedway)
Saturday May 30th - Leg 2 Porcupine Hills (Skyline Ranch) and Volunteer Recognition & Awards dinner (Skyline Ranch)

We Need:

- Stage crews, start and finish timing and security (25+)
- Service area crew (4+)
- Spectator area safety (15+)
- Registration and tech inspection (10+)
- And a few other places!

Hey Everyone, the rally is this weekend and we are still a few bodies short on Friday/Saturday. Please PM/email or call if you are available to help us out!

Thursday May 28
5:30pm to 9:00pm technical inspection for competitors (hyatt saturn saab)
6:00pm to 10:00pm competitor registration (deerfoot inn & casino)
7:30pm marshal volunteer training & registration (deerfoot inn & casino)
4:00pm to 9:30pm test stage (for experienced volunteers only)

Friday May 29
12:00 to 6:00pm start & leg one (kananaskis country)
6:00pm to 9:00pm spectator stages (race city speedway)
9:30pm to 10:30pm competitor car wash

Saturday
8:00am to 6:30pm leg two & finish (porcupine hills & skyline ranch)
7:00pm volunteer recognition dinner & awards (skyline ranch)
