Messages to wrong person

I usually get a couple of these a week, where the notification for a suscribed thread will be sent to the wrong user...here is an example:

DATA
Date: Tue, 21 Oct 2003 12:27:23 -0700
Subject: Reply to post 'Last Secret Street Tonight'
To: [email protected]
From: "Beyond.ca - Car Forums for Car Enthusiasts Mailer" <[email protected]>
X-Spam-Processed: beyond.ca, Tue, 21 Oct 2003 12:27:24 -0600
(not processed: message from valid local sender)
X-Return-Path: [email protected]
X-MDaemon-Deliver-To: [email protected]
