Did you ever wonder what it is like to live there?

Well would you believe me if I told you, that you could be living there within a few years? How so?

HAHAHAHA fuck my buddy took me with him once to this pyramid quixtar thing once. it was in some piece of shit apartment, he had all these posters up of lambos, ferraris, castles, helicopters, boats and shit hahaha "You could own one of these soon, I am gonna show you how to become so successful you could buy these luxuries no problem"

i asked him "if you were so successful, why are you living in this apartment? and why are you driving a honda civic?"

Hahahahaha awesome. I'm going to show my buddy this thread. Hopefully he's not dumb enough to fall for their shit.

Edit: one of the "products" to purchase is something through a cell phone provider (rogers is the name that was dropped) adding up to about $600 to start. Owned.

I hate it sooo many people.....

"I need you to come to this meeting with me, I think you'd be interested..."

"I need you to come to this meeting with me to give me advice, I think it would interest you too"

"OMG IF YOU SELL THIS MUCH THEY PAY FOR A LEASE ON A LEXUS"
"OMG IF YOU SELL THIS MUCH THEY PAY FOR A LEASE ON A MERCEDES"
"OMG IF YOU SELL THIS MUCH THEY PAY FOR A LEASE ON A BENTLEY"
"OMG IF YOU SELL THIS MUCH THEY PAY FOR A LEASE ON A MAIL ORDER BRIDE"

Time and time again, they come up with shit. Now its getting serious, they tell me they have people that are interested in investing in my business and heard about me and are interested (being a business owner, the first time I heard this I took it seriously) only to find out it was just a ploy that they were told to say to get people to come to these meetings.

I get lectured on how in a year they are going to make 5 times what I make...

They talk about hey they are going to get new cars. I tell them, if you want a car like me, get a real fucking job!

What gets me the most is when people tell me they are tight on cash and can't come out because they had to pay for licenses to sell in Calgary....

Apperently some of these scams, your actually required to purchase a "license" to be authorized in your area. Some people buy Calgary, some Alberta... And from what I heard last, these things cost a couple hundred bucks for cities, and half a grand for a province or something....

What REALLY is sad, is you can't convince them. They have been brainwashed from going to these meetings. You can't explain to them how it works, you can't explain the real practice of the pyramid business because they wont accept, even though it's so clear....

I don't give a shit if people get scammed anymore, they are stupid for beleiving it...

What pisses me off is I have to hear the question "Do you want to come to this meeting with me" ALL THE EFFIN TIME!

Even if you made money from it, your friends will avoid you because you're "THAT" guy. The social stigma is worse than being a lawyer

I had a buddy that got scammed into WFG. It is funny how some people are actually stupid enough to join these scams.

If you bust your ass full time and pretty much change your life to sell whatever they tell you to, it is possible to do well. Unfortunetly you will be a giant low life dirtball sales man who crushes the dreams of entry level investors.... lol

I asked someone sometime, if it was this easy to make money - why isn't everyone doing it?

Why else do people bust their asses for a promotion & a raise, earning a professional degree, or building a business from the ground up if they could just as easily follow one of these schemes?

Oh well, let the idiots piss away their own money.

LMAO, yeah that was Andrew Yip. Funny you mention that, shortly after he "retired" while living off the business, (only to teeter above bankrupcy) that same said Civic repossessed.
He now owes $10k to one of his downlines that he fucked over so he could Stay "retired"
    real class act he is.

A real scammers answer is to say these individuals who needlessly work their asses off are just working on their JOB.

Did your buddy end up going?

I was "befriended" by a couple who was into the whole Usana thing. Wanted me to join their healthy lifestyle of vitamins, etc. I did buy products from them, but that wasn't enough and they wanted me to be a part of their team. In any case, they realized that I wasn't going to budge even when they offered to set me up with my first client. I no longer hear from them. It's a shame cuz they really were nice people.

USANA is similar in a way, but USANA and Quickstar share the common thing that they both make actually decent products - just expensive.
