Maxtor 40 gig h/d (DX740?? I'll have to look)
onboard sound (can put in 4 ch. sound if desired)
D-Link nic card (new)
LG 16X CD/RW
floppy
2 extra case fans

*brand new* Enermax 350 P/S
(dual fan/quiet mode)

all in a very nice, couple year old VooDoo case
(all edges rolled, everything covered in plastic, looks like new)

currently running XP for testing...may have to format
