My dad's old phone, he just upgraded to a storm. Purchased mid 2007 from beyond's sponsor and since that day it was kept inside a leather case. Paid $400, IIRC.

Can be activated pre paid or post paid, used as a handset swap, but most importantly: you won't have to sign or renew a contract to get a handset for a decent price! About as much freedom as you can get with Telus, I think, without paying their high prices for a handset.
