    So honest opinion here.

Not the best knowledable with Nissan but.

    Should I go RB20, Or a SR20DET Black top.

Or should I take the extra money since i already have a 270 rwhp KA24, And turbo it.

PS: CLUTCHES SUCK IN 240'S LOL DAY AND A HALF JOB :p

If you have 270 hp from a ka24, you are most likely running a very high compression ratio, that is definately NOT safe for turbo. Your ratio should be around 8.5-9.5:1 and 9.5 is pushing it. Im guessing, if this 270 hp ka exists, that you are running a standalone, cams, port/polish, high compression pistons, decked block and head? maybe more? Because realistically, you would need to do ALOT of mods to do an almost 100% increase in power...

If you have a 270RWHP KA24...man, you wouldn't be asking us whether to go RB20 or SR20...you'd know.

270RWHP...jesus, I did a full upgraded rebuild, cams, decked block and head, intake, exhaust...and I have 180RWHP...maybe?

...and you have 270!!...jesus, please let us see this thing.

Ya something isn't right here...until you can be honest with us, we can't exactly help you or take you seriously.

I think you have a 240 with an intake and exhaust and maybe an exhaust manifold, but that give you maybe 160 RWHP...not 270.

Anyways, if you want to seriously know which we prefer, SR20 vs. RB20, you're going to get conflicting opinions.

I say SR20. Easy to install, simple to fix, and probably one of the most supported aftermarket parts engines in the world.

I really want to see this 270RWHP NA KA24 though...that would be absolutely fucking sick.
