    Default British type humor

I love the monty python series (holy grail and life of brian especially) and really like 'The I.T. Crowd'

Wondering what else is that sort of humor and I could watch. For some reason I can't get into 'The Office'.

Any ideas for that sort of humor for either TV or Movies.

Coupling. It was a short-run 4 season comedy on BBC. Its like if HBO did Friends.

    Top Gear!

Otherwise, if you like slapstick comedy, look for stuff by Harry Enfield. Some absolutely classic stuff over the last 10 years or so. He's VERY good at pushing (but never crossing) the social taboo lines of modern society, and making it funny.

A perfect example, the sexist posh git sketch:

    or the Intellectual Scaffolders skit:

    Huge +1 for Coupling.

Little Britain is great for skit humour.

Are You Being Served? still cracks me up.

Yup, totally! It's the same show with that meeting with the headmaster and the sermon about the Amazing Jesus.
