Info on this Custom 2000 Civic SIR

So I work at Calgary Honda, and I found out that my used car manager recently bought this Civic from a guy who wanted out of it. (Dude knew nothing about the car)

Really sweet fully custom Civic inside out! Gotta see it to appreciate!

For those that have a good memory probably will remember this particular Civic from back in the day from Car Shows where bodykits and paint jobs where the trend! (Fast and Furious style!)


So now it's parked in the Calgary Honda showroom, and i'm just wondering if anybody out there has much info or background history of this car that would help me or the dealership sell it? Cuz I have a feeling that it's gonna be sitting there for a long time! I believe my manager overpaid, now he's relaying on me to sell this thing, cuz he knows that I know ppl in the "TUNING" world! (That's what he said too!)

Most info i know on this Civic is that it was done up from Comtemparary Motor Sports (CMS) And it appeared in numerous car shows from the past........that's about it!

Here's pics......anyone with info on this ride will be appreciated!

looks like somone paid alot of mooolah to have that car sprayed... i love the color! aside from the body kit being pretty "old school rice" the car looks pretty clean.

get rid of those ghey floormats...

i saw this car last year/2 YEARS ago at platinum mitsubishi, i think they were selling it for $16,000... NOT TO SURE

The bucket seats look sorta decent at least. hard to tell though from the picture. Yea your manager really missed the boat by about 10 years.

sold about a year ago at regal auctions for 10K
had around 60clicks on it, which is pretty low.

IIRC it had lambo doors. This car is OLDSCHOOL. Even though its rice by today's standard it was well put together.

i see this driving on the highway all the time and have seen this car from the start of it a bunch of years ago. agreed, back then it was really well put together, but very ricey today. id like to know waht its selling for too/

Yup, I remember seeing this SiR on the Platinum Mitsubishi lot 1.5 years ago too. So whoever bought it from Mitsu didn't keep it long or it's getting passed around used car lots around town.
