Needless to say, I was caught in the storm driving in on Hwy #8. I made it home fine -- hope the same for everyone here on the board.

Power keeps wanting to shut-off. It's sorta like a brown-out effect... lights go dim and they make a loud hum, then everything goes back to normal.

Good thing the Civic has Blizzaks on otherwise I probably wouldn't have made it up Shaganappi! Hope everyone that was out tonight made it home safe. Tomorrow is gonna be brutal being the first snowfall and all!

I just got home from work. Foothills industrial to Hawkwood. 55 MINUTES! i also had to stop for (oh i dunno) 5 accidents, top speed on deerfoot hit a whopping 40 kph.

To everyone going out today, be VERY careful! the roads are way beyond shitty!!!!

Got stuck in the parking lot at work. Note to self and others : Avoid Using Your Parking Brake. Mine froze up and i wasted 20 minutes trying to get moving again.

Spent 15 minutes this morning swapping my moms winters on at 5:30!!!!! Not to mention swapping all 4 of mine yesterday, headlights in my dads cherokee, and headlights on moms accord too. Damn my hands are sore!!!

Stupid CBE didnt close the schools the buses will have no much trouble to get up on that hill on 16th cuz my school is Crescent all the other schools got closed.

HAHA....ditto.....thought that my "All seasons" would do the trick.

A bus hit an Acura EL rite in front of my house already, and people are having a hard time making it up the little hill I live on. Its all ice over here in Arbour lake.

WooHOO I love hakkopolitas. They make for a sweet rally on the way to work. Nothin like a civic - hakko's and an e-brake for those hard to reach corners. Sounds worse than it is. The backroads from Marda Loop through Mount Royal to Elbow were pretty slow going. It is good that people are driving slow for safety, but some of these people are a little too slow. I shouldn't complain, too slow is better than too fast in these conditions. Good luck to everyone!!!!! Take it easy out there. My day will be so boring now. DAMMIT

1 bus spun out on 36th Street haha..took us an extra half hour to get here and people are doing like 20km/h on 16th not to mention there's like 5 ppl in each class shit im leaving after this class
