Shot/Vaccine History? (Tetanus Shot)

Is there a way to check which vaccines and shots ive previously had? I know i used to get them throughout elementary, but i dont recall if i ever recieved them during junior high.

The reason why im asking is that i find myself working in the garage more often, and recently ive gotten a number of cuts/etc from rusty metal.

Im sure im fine, but sometimes it makes me wonder.
