why don't you get upset about the illegal whaling hunt, cows + chickens bred on la large scale for the only purpose of fast food / wing nights ?

not exactly on the same scale there buddy.
Helping this dog out is well within his reach, but to stop people from illegally hunting whales and ill treated farm animals is a fair bit harder to do.

    are you fucking high?

What does the lack of response from local authorities have anything to do with the OP's wish to help the dog?

High or not, I just proved that it is not within his reach and your state of mind is just misguided bleeding heart syndrome.

    Good night.

If you are serious, PM the address. I will keep it private. I volunteer at the SPCA and know the right people to get in touch with.

Someone shaved it, except the head, boots, and a little tuft at the end of the tail. Admittedly, I laughed, it's the most fucked up thing I've ever seen, but I can't imagine who would do that. I don't know what's wrong with people.
this is common and the veterinarians suggest it, it's for mats in the fur, not like hairless but like a cm of hair left? it's the only way to get them out you can't brush them. leaving mats on a cat promotes parasites and crap like that.

Good to know, now I don't feel so bad for laughing.

Call the cops and say that the neighbour is doing something illegal his backyard like, I dunno like brandishing a weapon or something. That will get a cruiser or 2 enroute and in his back yard. The dispacher will search the address and hopefully see that there are outstanding complaints for animal cruelty.

And since the cops will be in the back yard investigating, hopefully they will do sumthin.

    It's just an idea.

Get a pic. and upload it. Worth a laugh now that we know the cat is being cared for.

I don't have bleeding heart syndrome. I don't really even give a shit about animals that much. especially about whale hunting. But I can clearly see when an animal is being abused. So how about you pull your head out of your ass andif you don't have anything productive to say then fuck off.

As for the calls that came in yesterday, the police stopped by with some sort of animal expert and took the dogs away from the owners.

Yes pets must have shelter from the elements(rain, snow, sun and wind), and access to clean/good food and water at all times. Their kennel should also be clean (not filled with poop).
Unfortunatley if they choose not to walk or interact with their dogs there is not much that can be done about it.

Maybe you can tell them you use to have a dog and miss it and want to walk theirs and get them out a bit??---sorry just saw update.

They must of been bad off or the owners gave them up. Usually they have to give you the chance to improve or or make amends to the situation.

    Good to hear.
