Default Cheap V-Power Right Now! NE

just filled up at the Shell on 68th St, and 32nd Ave NE. They are out of regular and mid grade, so their V-Power is at regular price. Dont know how long its gonna last, but there was no truck around yet when I was there 15 minutes ago.

And thats my PSA for the month.

**Sits back and waits for all the people that dont even need that octane level to drive all the way from the SW for it...

A full tank lasts me three weeks now that I bus it to work downtown.

I can't take advantage of this.

Many people do surprisingly.. But I also can not understand why. Why would you want a reg/prem mix of fuel in your vehicle.. There is perhaps an obvious chance of inconsistency with mid-grade fuel.

The recommended octane (listed on fuel cap and manual) for a M52B28 engine is 89, so that is what I use.

Well as far as i know there isn't a specific "mid grade" tank at any gas station. Isnt it just a mixture of premium and regular? that way if a station runs out of regular they are automatically out of mid grade right?
