Around mid-60's from what I recall but I could be wrong.
Getting them fully loaded ended up in the low 70's range or so.

If this pricing decrease trickles up/down I hope it lowers RS5 pricing to be in line with the M3's

Yeah the previous S4's base price was $73k (Same as the previous gen M3) I believe. Most of them went out the door for $80+ and the convertible was just under $90k with some options.

With a base price of $57k on the 2010 S4 premiums, most will still go out the door for around $70k I suspect, maybe a bit less.

Excellent pricing, much more inline with what you get, the RS4 and RS5 pricing should be much better when they finally come out in line with the E90/92 M3's. I will probably end up looking at a B8 S4 in a few years.

There is some info at that link. Premium package says: 16" Wheels, Silk nappa leather, rear parking sensors, adaptive headlights, homelink, audi side assist, advanced key.

Tech package is probably on top of either model. I figure they would be here around the fall though if they are hitting europe now and the b8s have been here for a decent amount of time by then.

audi's are still going to be priced higher than the comparable BMW.

i just read on car and driver that the 2010 s4 starts at 51,000 American! 3000 dollars more than a 335 xdrive..

I'd like to hear this as well. Everything I've read suggests its the car most people would actually like to own and live with (I assume he's talking about the current RS4?). The new M3 just barely edges it out on the track, where 99% of people don't use their cars, but the RS4 has AWD, better interior, equally as amazing engine/chassis.

Just curious to hear your rationale as its opposite to everything I've read.

Thats CDN. I highly doubt 51k USD = 52.5K CDN

The audis also have more standard equipment then the bmws, so the pricing is pretty fair. The new rs4 should be excellent though and give the m3 a run for its money since the current b7 rs4 was pretty comparable in testing and the new one should have 450hp iirc.

What's maintenance like on the Audi's? Are there set prices for the service intervals or is it like MB where you close your eyes and it could cost anywhere $300-$600+ lol

Haven't heard anyone rant about Glenmore Audi so I suppose they are good to deal with? haha
