Holy! 600 and 650 HP versions available. Look at how perfect the dyno curves are!

I still don't understand why. Most vortec based kits for other cars are way less.

    Just because its an M3?

There are catback exhausts for this car upwards of $7000 too!!

Yup. M3 owners are seen as ballers.

    Car still has no torque!

    No torque?

I love how everyone calls the C63 a torque monster, but when you look at the 2 plots below the modded M3 is making just as much torque down low and a ton of top end.

    Modded 335:

Look at the torque and the area underneath it. It isn't about peak torque.

No doubt the 335 is a torque car, but it falls on its face up high. The M was designed to be a track star, and the superchargers coming out compliment the general characteristics of the car.

I love the look at the area under the curve comment, but look how nicely the torque climbs in the M that is exactly what you want on the track. Sure the 335 feels faster from a dig but it isn't.

That is what I hate about M cars. They are peaky like Hondas. My e46 M3 feels anemic compared to my 335. They are probably the same in terms of straight line speed, but the offline the line torque is somewhat more rewarding.

I have no argument about climbing torque being best for the track. I know you love the track, but I drive my car on the street too! haha. For me, I would rather have meaty torque down low.

Agreed. I think the 335 is probably a better street car. It is a fun car. All that torque really gives the impression of speed.

Peaky motors are harder to drive on the street but gearing can really make them a lot of fun.

the 335 is an awesome street cruiser. from 1500 rpm it produces gobs of tourque. but having a car that produces more and more power all the way to the redline of 8000+ is outstanding
