    Seriously what the fuck is the point of this website? everyone keeps asking me if I have it and siruis radio and the media is hyping it so much..

    - No I dont care you took a shit today


    Seriously, does anyone else think twitter is gay and overrated?

    Well, I use Facebook quite a bit. But not to blog - just to keep in touch with friends and play online games with them.

    Twitter offers less, and is just plain annoying to say. I don't go to Twitter, and I certainly do not tweet. Like a bird.

    Never even gone to the website. I know the basis of it and it doesn't appeal to me, I'm one of the only people i know that doesn't have facebook... Beyond saved my life.

    Twitter is hard gay to put it briefly. Even though several people in my business group advise me to use it for blogging purposes; I politely decline.

    My friends and I use it to share links of interest, that's about it. News tweets are also pretty decent as they provide links to the story.

    Twitter is garbage. 60% of people quit within 1 month of joining.

    Someone must be spending some serious money trying to promote it and trying to make it the next big thing. But it fails hard.

    NO ONE FUCKIN CARES! All of these people I've deleted on fb as I can't stand them taking over my home page with their bullshit.

    FB is nice to organize events and toss up pictures of parties, travels etc all in one place.

    It's not just about posting what you are doing. It's a great way for marketing, news, & communication. For example I'm following 660 news traffic so I can be informed of any traffic delays.

    couldn't have said it better myself. you guys are looking at an 18-year old who just graduated highschool and is proud to admit that he has NEVER had nexopia, facebook, or the newest and gayest twitter. beyond.ca has been and always will be the only socially based website i have ever been a member of. its pretty impressive if you ask me...
