If you believe he's a child molester, you should see how rich his accusers are now.
He may be eccentric, he may relate to kids better than adults, but at the end of the day, he was taken advantage of due to his wealth and fame.
The early 90s case, the dad went for MONEY first, not the cops, trying to work out a financial settlement, in which he ended up with fucking 30 million bucks.
Whenever MJ was interviewed I got the impression that he never matured much past the age of 10.
He was always very childish in his demeanor which most likely resulted in him preferring the company of younger children.
This probably came as a result of being abused by his father, used for his talent to make others rich and just the sheltered lifestyle he always lived. After those experiences with adults it is any wonder why he liked having kids around... it was always the adults that were out for his money and used and abused him.
Well I guess I'm not going to see MJ perform at O2 in London this January
RIP MJ.
Seriously you guys are douches, have some dignity, the man is dead.
Shocking news for sure. They say that our generation will forever remember the moments we found out about 2 events in our life: 9/11 and the day Diana died. I can officially say most of us will remember where we were when we found out MJ died. RIP, the Elvis of our time.
Man I didn't believe my brother when he told me MJ died today WOW, and farrah fawcett as well.
RIP MJ & farrah fawcett ,

Yeah, for sure there are only a few people on the planet who become so famous that virtually everyone living in a relatively modern society knows their name. Michael Jackson was one of those select few people.
There are people (ask your parents) who will always remember exactly where they were and what they were doing when Kennedy was killed. It's kind of like that. Unexpected.
Diana was a huge one. Unexpected. Maybe even moreso than 9/11 because it's actually quite different. Still huge, and I'll always remember it.
Michael Jackson was likely the most famous person on planet Earth. To die suddenly is a shock, and the world will talk about this for a while - and hundreds of millions of people, maybe even billions of people, will remember where they were and what they were doing at the exact moment they heard this news. That alone is a big accomplishment - whereas most of us when we die, no one will blink an eye or give two shits other than our immediate family!
R.I.P.
rip
rip Michael, hopefully the place you're going to won't matter if you're black or white.

Indeed, I was at my grandmothers watching TV when Diana died and I was at home playing hookie from class during 911. This time I was playing golf. This is an event to remember for sure.Originally posted by Melinda

Child molester or not, he's bought the world good music and is probably the most famous person in the industry and one of the most famous people in general. Despite falling into a string of scandals, he deserves respect.
