I know this is not for sale...but Misc is the only board I thought it would fit.
I've got a 2 bedroom (750 sq ft) condo in Dalhousie NW calgary for rent, available Dec 1, 2003. Close to LRT ( which opens in Dec.). Good for couple working downtown, students.
No party animals - quiet, mature, responsible, tenants please.

Ha ha ..may be time for me to consider sell my house ..and rent it ! I am waiting for the LRT too ! look nice ! ^_^

yeah....the Dalhousie area is a good neighbourhood...close to many amenities. LRT makes it better

I think i'll have better luck when i post it in the herald next week.
However, if you are very responsible, clean, quiet, and would sign at least a 1 yr lease the rent is negotiable closer to 700$.

In the paper for 695/mo + electricity. Avail Dec 1
Dec is a tough time to rent, plus interest rates being low...so everyone wants to buy

495$ rent for dec.
695$ / month for 1yr lease.
715$ / month for 1/2 yr lease.
LRT complete and open on Dec 13th!!
