Looking for someone to fix rust and partial repaint/blend

Hey guys, so my civics paint for the front end was done pretty poorly and is starting to rust/bubble. it is also a different color. anyone know of any shops that can do this for a decent price without me paying out the ass? i don't want to repaint the whole car, but i do want it to be one color.

(note the front fender to door)

heres a good example, the drivers side is much much worse.

good luck, its an EXPENSIVE project, the piece needs to be cut out and new piece welded in and molded flush. Then you want a colour match on a 9+ yr old car. I dont think it can be done by anyone remotely reputable for anything less than an arm and a leg

I heard red is a hard color to match. Especially Milano Red. It never comes out the way you intend it to.
