uploading a game on 360.

i know i can do this, but i just wanna make sure that i can stil use the game. i have a game that my nephew wants and i just want to upload it to his 360. its not gonna take the data from the actual disc so i cant play it or anything is it?

i know its adumb question but i dont wanna try until i know for sure. im not all techy like that, nor do i care to be. thanks for the help with my dumb question.

as far as i know, you still need the disc in order to play a game. even if it is uploaded onto the xbox harddrive

and no it wont take data from the disk. it just copies it

Pretty much.... If you install the game to his xbox he'll still need the disc to play the game. The disc wont be erased though.

You can mod the xbox and use no game. But you don't want to do that
