Default what happened to my pc?

I was using my pc normally, was working perfect and all. I put it on standby and get up for a while. When I went back to use it again, it turns on and lights up etc etc, but my keyboard, mouse, monitor don't seem to want to work. The CD-ROM and DVD drive both light up and seem to work. I don't have any external video cards or video cards installed.

Here is what I am running if it helps.

    Asus M3A78-CM mobo
AMD Athlon x2 7750 am2+ Black Ed. CPU
    Kingston 2GB 800MHz DDR2 ram
    ANTEC NeoHE 430 PowerSupply

Built it in February 2009. Also I receive no beeps from the motherboard what can be the problem?

Update, I tried resetting my BIOS and I get a "NTLDR is missing" message when I try to start it up?

Just had a similar problem, turned out to be my power supply, I simply tried my old 350w and it booted the comp up. Do you have any old ones lying around to try?
