Thanks! It was taken with a 4X5 view camera, so basically a tilt-shift camera.

Tilt-shift lenses mimic the movements of view cameras, hence the funky depth of field effects you can get with them.

Yeah I've seen a couple showing buildings and construction equipment, and that ffwd HD video with one of those lenses, really interesting, makes everything look model scale.
