    Are you allowed to run a motorized boat on the rivers here? (inside city limits)

    ^^^yea i didnt think so either espeically on elbow! ur propeller is gonna be diggin the ground...anyways go to google maps and have a look...follow the river and see if there is any points where you could put the boat in water!

    Yeah elbow, have fun wrecking your prop.

    Look for Bow... but I doubt you can. I think fire and police only.

    have fun replaceing the prop.. the bow and elbow are to shallow to motor boats.. hell even in a canoe with 3 people you can hit bottom at some points in the river..

    and iirc the police and fire boats are jet propeled not outboard..thats why they can go around the river

    No motorized boats inside city limits except police and fire.
    Check out policemans flats south of town for a boat launch on the bow, or Ghost reservoir upstream of town. the Elbow is going to be too shallow pretty much it's entire length.
