When I first went there he charged a reasonable 20 dollars + tip for a haircut.

When I stopped he was charging 35+ tip, this increase is obviously not relative to inflation, it was relative to him being a greedy cuban.

And all the little high school kids are still taking mommy and daddy's money so they can look hardcore and douchey.

No disrespect taken, a personal opinion is after all a personal opinion. I pay him $60 which includes tip.

When i go i am usually there for 2 hours or so. Sit down, smoke some sheesha, shoot the shit with some friends, eat his food and drink his pop and basically do whatever i want. Then of course Tony has a Cuban cigar and tells his fucked up stories about his latest vacation or when he was in the Cuban military.

Sure hes a greedy, fat old Cuban, but some of the things he says are priceless and its always an enjoyable experience.

I found him to be slobbish, and disrespectful, his hair cuts were great, but the fact that his services were so prestigious amongst high schoolers that he could charge an arm and a leg to people who are busy and don't have time to wait for him to smoke his cigars and talk about shit we don't care about disgusts me.
Good on him though for running a business that goes against all of the things regarding customer service, and price - demand relations I have ever learned, I don't know how, but it works.

I know what your saying, but i have been going there so long i know what to expect. I never show up hoping to be in and out in less then an hour, unless i throw him a big tip and skip the line.

His haircuts themselves are untouchable, and i always enjoy my time there.
